The Movement

Our movement includes everyone.  No matter your race, creed, belief, physical condition, we are passionate about meeting individuals where they are in life.  We want to create connection and trust, that takes individuals through an evolution of a whole person.  We truly believe the physical, mental and emotional areas of life are closely tied to the relationship we have with food, and inversely food can affect all these areas.  We know that all a movement takes is a single person making a single change.  A change that gives them hope that there is a better way to live!  That hope with one person will spread and encourage others with similar struggles, a community, a city, a state elevating each other over obstacles once thought impossible to overcome!

We are eradicating the bullshit medications, processed foods, methods and practices impressed upon you as societal norm!  There is a better way to heal and live!
