Easy Sign-Up

1. Free to join!
2. Fill out the contest form (Click Here).
3. Visit Health Spot location for Inbody Scan between April 16th - 18th.
4. (Optional) Print "Before" Flyer (Click Here). Take front, back and side pictures with flyer and email to betterbody@healthspot.com (Between April 16th and 18th) Flyers available in-store as well.
5. Confirmation email will be sent to confirm your entry.

 

Final Inbody Scan: May 22nd - Required 

Winner will be determined by: 

• InBody results: 1 point per % Fat Loss and 1 point per pound Skeletal Muscle Mass gained

Extra consideration will be given by Health Spot Panel based on:

• Before & After pictures (optional but encouraged)
• Paragraph explaining your journey (optional but encouraged)
• Social Media posts using tag #hsbetterbody and @healthspot
